This solution effectively addresses the bottlenecks MetaAge’s sales team faced in processing information. According to ART Solutions, leveraging Microsoft tools and services in the development process has helped reduce development time by up to 50% compared to previous methods.


UpGPT by ART Solutions can be positioned as an enterprise-grade generative AI assistant, capable of answering questions that traditional AI models cannot. It also includes features such as service quality monitoring, unresolved query tracking, and escalation to human support. After implementing UpGPT, MetaAge’s sales team has been able to save over 10 minutes of search time per day on average, accelerating the decision-making process. MetaAge also showcases to its enterprise clients how to drive AI innovation and embrace the era of AI transformation.


In addition, ART Solutions developed a custom eDM image content reader specifically for MetaAge’s needs, offering image-to-text conversion and bullet-point editing features to help sales teams access information more efficiently. Previously, sales personnel often spent significant time searching across various documents and departments for product information. Now, with UpGPT integrated into the familiar Microsoft Teams interface, they can perform precise product queries without being constrained by differing document formats, storage locations, or access permissions—greatly reducing the time and barriers to information retrieval.


Furthermore, with SharePoint synchronization, departments can manage their knowledge base content more effectively, ensuring real-time updates and minimizing the risk of outdated or incorrect information affecting decision-making.


MetaAge’s Product Center has expressed strong support for the implementation of UpGPT and is actively encouraging all product departments to organize and upload more information to ensure the sales team has access to the most comprehensive product knowledge. Lin Li-Tsung believes that UpGPT is not just an AI assistant, but a vital tool for intelligent information flow within the organization.
